    It appears we have our very own resident Doc on here.

    He has correctly diagnosed my condition as a pinched nerve. Still really painful buthe Doc has precribed anti-inflammatory tablets. Orinates in one of the nerves in the neck.

    So if anyone has an ailment of any sort feel free to contact Gambol. I can recommend him.

    quite possibly as alcohol is a muscle relaxant....though a chiropractor would be possibly less fun but more effective - I reckon anyway. One other possibility is to just maintain a stiff upper lip <ok>
