I'd keep him, but the club should denounce his actions. Accept any FA bans & then place a club ban and fines on him.

Come on guys chill out, it not like suarez racially abused someone....oh hang on :)
Seriously though we have a choice genius with hint of mad man or mid table, how much do we sell our soul for?
All clubs have theirs, huth, remember ronaldo at utd not for the stuff suarez gets up to but to me diving is as bad so bale in that category, suarez appears to be in a few, was it worse than cantona, no however he does need to learn,
Ftr before i get lynched i agree with souness i just playing devils advocate, i also think it will be his last game.
But NONE of the big clubs get rid of their nutters until they are past their best so do we still want him tough choice especially for us.

Defoe felt his actions had been "blown out of all proportion".

"The referee was standing over me and if he felt I had done something bad he would have sent me off," said the 24-year-old.

"It doesn't look great on TV and I accept that I have a responsibility to conduct myself in the right way.

"When the West Ham player fouled me, I reacted in a bit of a mischievous way - my character is a little like that at times."

Rodgers says he has been made aware of it but he needs to review the situation so he cannot comment right now. He got it right.

Hmm Rafa complaining about 6 minutes of injury time? Was about a 2 minute delay for the penalty, 30 seconds or so when Bertrand went down. Plus all the subs, along with any additional injury time during the 6 minutes.

Going back to the match, at least we showed some spirit. We played well in patches, and that's a few times against top sides that we've come back after going behind to get something from the game.

Sturridge looked class when he came on, if there is any plus point then it's him <ok>

I honestly don't care about this. Its such a non-issue. Its just something else to beat him with in the media. Did he put in a career threatening tackle? Come on- its something you would scald a child for. He just needs to grow up a bit.

Sturridge looked very lively when he came on, perhaps because he was playing a former club? Because he certainly hasn't looked as 'up for it' the last few games. Who knows? Well, a tired rusty performance against a decent Chelsea side and we came away with a point. Everton are in distance if we beat them but it's a tough ask now and our players look very tired and jaded, you can clearly see fatigue is setting in.

Let's get to the end of the season with no injurys, give Lucas a good preseason and a break, get Allen, Borini and Kelly back and regroup.

I like to be optimistic and look on the bright side.

Suarez bit someone and we scored at 96.34 after only 6 minutes of injury time. Yes it is very controversial, having said that if we are not the first game on MOTD tonight I think the FA should hold an inquiry.

    Agreed.

Torres should have been off, elbowed Carragher which could have been a red. then later on when already on a booking, sarcasticly appluaded the ref after he didn't get a decision which should have been another yellow.

On a plus side, BR made a difference with his changes. Saw it wasn't working in th first half and Coutinho was playing poorly so took him off, brough Sturridge on and changed the game.
