    Got to say that Ba is a medical risk.

    He's failed two medicals since joining Hoffenheim (one for another Bundesliga team and Stoke)

    Young but perhaps the youth is hiding a long term problem?

    Then again he's had a good season so perhaps his injury woes are over.

    Cant understand all this concern over injuries, not like we dont have the medical staff to cope with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Its an interest at most so far, I think the last thing Bruce would do is sign an injury prone player after this season. He is a good player but you have to weigh up the risks if he was to suffer an injury in pre-season or whatever. I dont think he would pass our medical as I think the medicals will be tightened up after all the injuries this year.

    Well if we are to get rid of Mensah it means we still have one chronically injured player to keep the medical staff busy and if Mensah is signed then at least they can keep each other company in the treatment room.

    For all of Ba's dodgy knee issues, he hasn't missed a lot of games.

    If the price is right the lad will be a great signing.

    If he passes the medical, fantastic, if not he'd just be a good addition. He's more of a 'want' than a 'need'.
