Us mods had the list of numbers Vs Drivers. We have slowly released the names tonight since all 24 slots where filled. Thats my basic summary
It depends. If Heidfeld comes third and Petrov (or another Tier 2 driver) comes second then no, you don't win. If Heidfeld comes third and Alonso and Liuzzi come first and second then yes, you win. The highest placed driver in each tier 'wins' in both qualifying and the race. cosi - the original post has been updated with everyone's drivers.

I've got a sneaking feeling that Alonso might just wring its neck in the tight streets and put a Ferrari on Pole.
