Unless we win, we are deep in it right now.

Not too impressed at all. Need a massive change of heart and attitude for the 2nd half

As it stands, we're 16th although still 5 points above Wigan. Not looking pretty.

Good 15 mins and then sat back, no connection with midfield to strikers, wes has to come on at half time to link it together

But hasn't this been the problem for half a season now? And what has Hughton done about it?

Just hope the linesman doesn't fart in the wrong direction then. That will send him off completely

    FFS!!!

Bring on Hoolahan and Pilkington, take off Kamara and Holt. At least Pilks knows which direction the goal is! Given our shocking strikers form this season, playing to our strengths, a-la-Barcelona could work wonders

    Pilkington
    Bennett-Hoolahan-Howson-Snodgrass
    Johnson

i have to say watching us play the teams around us the last few months ive never felt comfortable. We just don't look like a cohesive whole, and holt, despite his attempted blustering, isn't anywhere near what he needs to be to lead the line

Let's play our highly successful FA Cup Youth team next game...guaranteed commitment, passion and attacking flair. Just stick Ruddy between the sticks and pray <wah>

My half time thoughts are dominated by this and really starting to think his best is in the past and we need another striker to complement RVW (or cover if injured)

    Where the **** is Becchio?

    Is he injured now too?

This is abysmal. I hope Hughton is giving them the hairdryer, but I'm not sure he's got it in him. If we don't come out blazing and score within fifteen mins subs HAVE to be made because this formation, whatever it is, is not functioning and we appear to be playing more long balls than ever (when they have one of the tallest defenders in the league?!?)

As I can't get a link, I'm watching the Sunderland game. They are lucky to be in the lead in my opinion. But that's the way it goes at this stage of the season. And guess what, the teams who are 'lucky' are the teams who have inspirational managers. And the teams who are 'unlucky' have managers like Hughton who tells his players from Day One that they are not good enough for the Prem. And guess what? They aren't.

And despite Holt playing poorly, can anyone really see Jackson coming on? I am very, very worried about this second half. Come on Hughton, please inspire something second half!

Why is Snodgrass back defending against McCleary? Martin and co will have to take their chances. Snodgrass needs to hug the touchline and Holt needs to stay in the middle. Hoolahan needs to be on to commit theie middle men and their back four. But I guess we will play for another draw!

we can go on about how he has less service this year (and thats true) but when he does get chances now, he blows them, often by showing bad judgement. Couple that with his overly aggressive attitude (when last season he was a master of breaking up play with a strategic uncarded foul) and he's one of the main reasons we are looking into the mouth of the beast at the moment.

Who thought Kamara would be an regular starting striker for us when we signed him? Our forwards are useless, and its going to kick us out of this league very soon!

    NOW BRING PILKS ON.

    thankyou.

and this is the really big problem - what else have we got in the way of strikers that can actually make a difference? err, none.
