23 minutes before we had our first shot. Good commentary on the game don goodman? The crowd sounds fine. As goodman says city not playing at a high enough tempo.

    Gedo wasn't a penalty

That was Bristols (proud owners of the worst defence in the league) first clean sheet of the season. And we couldn't even create one half decent chance.

Our attacking threat is so poor it's embarrassing, other than Simpsons chance at wolves, I can't remember us creating a proper chance like a one on one where you think 'he has to score' since Leeds at home.

You can chop and change the front line as many times as you want, but that won't solve the problem. The problem is ****ing dire service from midfield, and with 3 central midfielders in there you have to wonder why...

I was willing you to win last night, cause we don't want Watford to come to Leicester with any chance of the autos, lets hope they f**k up today.

I really can't understand this constant anti Fathi bashing from you at the minute when you've barely seen him play, when to anyone who's seen him play a considerable amount of games it's obvious he has genuine quality.

You used to give Evans the same disrespectful treatment, but seem to have taken a huge u-turn on him now you have your new boo boy - Fathi.

Everyone from the fans right through to the sports journos who did the reports on the game agree that despite the **** up, Fathi was by far the best player on the park at wolves, but you choose to ignore that.

If it was Alex Bruce who ****ed up for the goal at wolves, you'd defend him to the last breath and heap the blame on the other 2 who ****ed up and should have prevented it between them.

I like you Chazz, I really do, but I think you're starting to look a bit of a moron constantly slating Fathi when he doesn't deserve it.

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.

Bob no ones really seen him play. I couldn't give a **** about Fathi one way or the other. I trust S B judgement. He doesn't rate him. I wish he'd been the answer to our CM problem. If he plays against Barnsley I hope he does well.
Can you see him playing. Your right I don't rate Evans, never have. I don't think SB does either, that's why he keeps subbing him or dropping him.
My gripe with Evans was more the AN match reports, oo we can see how great he is and if you can't you know nothing about football bollocks. They used to say the same about harper, like theo did on here.

If anyone makes a **** up I would say so, I don't have favourites. Thing is AB never made a **** up like that did he!

Wrong, our 4th. But the bit in brackets is spot on.

Don't worry Guys, you're up and congratulations.

AB made a far worse one than Fathi away at Blackburn, worst howler of the season that one.

I rate Evans personally, think he's a tidy little larker, athletic and reads the game very well. His biggest problem though is giving away silly free kicks.

Fathi I have actually seen play a few times, watched some full games of him playing at al ahly from last season when I had nowt better to do, and also watched him play every game for Egypt since he signed on top of every time he's played for city bar palace. He is definitely a great player although most I've seen from him is at right back where he is undoubtedly superb and I'd have him playing there now ahead of a well off form elmo.

I too hate those 'look how good he is if you can't see it you don't understand football' ****s.

Least it's proved it wasn't nepotism why Fathi didn't get in.

Can't wait to see what Brucey does in the premiership. Teams in the championship look to have Sussed the 3 5 2 now brizzle matched us easily. In the prem they'll rip it to bits. A proper CM is a priority then and a proper CF.

We have an abundance of central midfielders most of who should be ok in the premiership in meyler, koren, Quinn and although he hasn't done a lot recently, Tom cairney who looked a class apart last time in the premier league with the space allowed to let him play his game.

First signings I'd make are a left back, assuming we don't give rosey a new deal a right back, a right winger then a striker in that order of importance, with both full backs of equal importance.

Then I'd start looking at other areas of the team.

Still largely unproven at this level, I'd hate to rely on him in the premier league.
