...sorry from app so can't post link. Briefly
    - claims not to have discussed the squad in the eventuality of relegation with Phil or Tony
    - claims he will do want the owners want re his own future after things are certain (Tony has already said you are staying in public)
    - claims won't think about next season until this our fate is decided
    - says the NPC is very difficult to get out of, no guarantees for any team (future proofing already)

    I think he's full of ****.

Redknapp is yet another that has underwhelmed at LR. Its a curse, there can be no other explanation.

I want to wade in but will wait until season end. Here's a snippet

As a man he covers his arse for sure. His media impressions are by far more important to him than any club. Has he got the technical football brain that seems to be required ?

You give this squad to a foreign manager it's sorted IMO

People will blame Hughes and some will now say Harold wasted his chance
    There was enough time easily
There is still a chance ... If we survive
then he will be a hero ... Not to me I'm afraid

We will all be left baffled either way

I hope for stability and we become a football club again not a Harold or TF sideshow ... Big realism for me yesterday playing football myself again
as the changing room all believed we were ruining football

    I never understand this.

No team can try to get anywhere in a top league without spending money any more. Have Barca not spent money on transfers/wages etc? Man City? Chelsea? Real Madrid? PSG?

It generally seems to be fans of clubs of a similar size and stature to ourselves that say these things imo. If their club had the money, you wouldn't hear a peep!

As for Harry................some may remember that I questioned how much he was up for this right from the start.
I like him, but I agree that he doesn't seem to have the tactical nous and we may have ended up with a version of Mark Hughes, only with a personality that bullshits his way out of trouble.

I'm trying to hold back on the inquest, but this stuff from rent-a-quote got me a bit baity.

As for ruining football, Sky, the Premiership, Hillsborough, Berlusconi, Champions League, Martin Edwards are all part of the virus. We are yet another sympton.

Bullshit Harry, of course you have. But Harry is right in saying what he says here, it could shatter whatever little that is left of the players morale by saying otherwise.

Very good and interesting point Dave. Think you're very close to the truth.

And if we a ruining football then it has been "ruined" years ago by many before us.

I hope Harry isn't talking about next season or what players we will need then ,etc. His and the players focus must be be on staying up and staying up only, until there is no mathematical chance of it. Right now 5 wins could well keep us up, so that is all they should be thinking of. That TF and his Admin have started planning for the worst outcome is something else - they should be.

Unlike Hughes, I truly believe Harry has always done everything he can for the best of the club. Sometimes in life, if you are completely behind the eight ball, it is near impossible to get out from behind.
We can only thank the one and only, Mr Hughes for subscribing us to the cut zone.

Let's see what Harry does with the squad in the summer before we judge him. 'A foreign manager' will solve our problems eh? Who exactly or just any foreigner? In which case I vote for Claudia Schieffer.

DT quote: 'You give this squad to a foreign manager it's sorted IMO...'.

Hate to admit it but German, Dutch, Scandinavian managers even, do seem to be better organisers and tend to have the edge. Matter of getting the right one though.

IMO no matter what league were in, I dont think it will be easy next season, but i truly believe HR will be more successful with his own squad of players rather than a legacy left over from another regime.

Totally agree. The country is full of knobs talking about how we've ruined football while conveniently forgetting their own expenditure on players. I've lost count of how many times i've read other fans moaning about how 'you can't support the wages you're paying with an 18,000 stadium.' Of course we can't - the same way West Brom cant cover their wages with a 26,000 stadium and Chelsea cant cover theres with a 40,000 stadium. In fact nobody can cover their wages solely on gate receipts. If we'd managed to get to mid table this season we wouldn't hear a peep about wages, cash or anything else. Lot of people talking a lot of ****. As far as HR goes lets get to the end of the season before we start sticking the flipping knife in for God's sake...

That is an excellent line. I'll use that whenever I get in a debate on this issue from now on. Thank you <ok>

    Stan,

You and I were ina small camp that were sceptical about him in the first place. Once again he has shown himself to be the master of saying nothing at all. Can we have a sweepstake on when he will depart and whether he will proclaim his undying wish to stay a few weeks beforehand?

Personally, I would like to know whether there is a relegation clause in his contract regarding salary?
