I thought the fans who booed tonight are an absolute disgrace.
The players have only had two days to recover and they get booed by muppets.

Agree with the sentiment, but they had 3 days to recover...

It did look like a tired performance.

It definitely did. A strike partnership untried, though on paper our strongest twinned with some obviously tired legs (Boyd, Elmo) and the ****e support didn;t help. The booing at the end will hardly spur the boys on. Anyone would think a load of Watford fans turned up in disguise.

Our support is total ****e at home.

The players are under constant pressure from stupid ****s who think we should never miss a pass. It's no wonder we can't buy a goal these days.

The groans every time we lose the ball is ridiculous. The away fans don't need to help their team because we just do it for them. 18000 to 63 we outnumbered them and it was a totally hostile atmosphere foe our players. Pathetic.

It was a tired performance in the end but another point gained.

The booing is a disgrace but no surprise. Thank god that we are away again next week. Much better atmosphere at away games.

We are 2nd for a reason. We are the 2nd best team in the league. The league Table Does Not Lie. Not after 44 games.

My bet is there were a very small number of fans booing but it stood out due to the silence of the majority.

Looked like a very nervous team and very nervous support.

I think that point clinches it for you.

    Watford have gone.

I hope you go up and im sure you will.

Youll probably have to wait till next Saturday at Barnsley.

You definately dont want to play us last game needing anything.

Youll do it and that last game im sure will just be a party.

Who knows we could lose our next 2 and you could be attempting to win 6-0 to win the title.

Sorry, but that's nonsense. There were frequent groans because our passing was worse than their's, which was poor. The players are under pressure because they are failing to win games they should win, don't blame the fans, who expressed support far more than disappointment. It seems to be popular to blame the fans for what happens on the pitch, which is simply wrong, the fans do not pass the ball, the professional footballers do. The support was well above average for a game, even though it was on Sky and the travelling support only numbered 98.

A tradegy will generate groans and sighs, a comedy will bring laughs, while a good performance will bring cheers and applause; the boos were warranted, but inappropriate to the occasion.

Spot on, we were at Ipswich last week and the support was immense and a great atmosphere, these muppets don't understand football. The team can't put in sparkling performances every week (no team does) and they run that extra yard (sorry metre!!) with good support so get behind the lads and help them over the line FFS!!

I hear one muffled boo for approx 1 second at the end, Blink and you would have missed it.

I think all this outrage over alleged booing is totally disproportionate to the actual amount of booing that took place.

The uncomfortable truth is that every club has a few maggots in their support.

Ours are the ones who leave before the end, passively spectate, constantly consult their radios or mobile phones to find out the premiership scores, slag our players and boo them.

They unfortunately are the ones that the club seems to want to court.

The main reason for the booing is called beer.
People quickly descend into a child like "I want what I want NOW!"state after a couple of pints.
Credit card mentality. It is possible to wait for what you want

This ^^. Also I think the support whilst 'nervy' was actually a little better than of late.

    Onwards n upwards - 7 points lead an'all that

The support at Barnsleh will be a whole different ball game, no matter what the situation!!!

There's two things going on here, I like Reg, only barely noticed a second or two of a couple of people booing, who were soon told to shuthefuckup.

Firstly, the KC makes it incredibly difficult to generate an intimidating atmosphere. Secondly, Hull people alway look at things with a half empty glass.

    Roll on the new stadium!!!

It was only about 15 years ago when City were 6 points adrfit at the bottom of the football league, we didn't boo them then, why would anyone boo a team on the edge of promotion to the big time, shame on them.

The booing was particularly audible from the south stand where I was, loud and clear, came from the SE corner in the east stand where there's usually a whole hoard of empty seats, but was packed up completely last night. With those new applicant ****ers testing out their new seats ready for next season.

Give the ****ing ****s football banning orders, what a bunch of ****ers.

I am with you on this, it was a tired performance, they looked as if they were running on empty. But for me it was worth the money just to watch Faye.

Actually tonight was the first time ( ever ) that the South stand started some chanting & singing AND for a short time in the second half there was singing coming out of the West stand.
As for the booing, disappointed kids & plastics fans, ignore them there not important.
