TBF anyone that claims it didn't hurt or no longer hurts is lying. We haven't even played a game since it happened so we can only move on once we have reason to moan about the next game. on each occasion the one team has thrashed the other, the side on the end of the beating has been the side/fans that has given it the big one and then went on to be well and truly sorted out, so I'm just hoping u keep this talk up when for next derby game and we are the ones going home happy that time!

It's still early days though. Don't forget MON started reasonably well too. Next season will key.

It's getting slightly embarrassing this PDC love. It was his second game in charge. I'd make sure you're safe before hailing him as some sort of god or king.

No doubt he fired the troops up and on the day, got the better of a tired side who had no bottle, but you severely lack quality in your side. When the honeymoon period is over you need to hope the season has already ended.

I for one cant wait until the bubble bursts. not because I love to see you lot doing bad (I dont mind it), but because the man is an absolute helmet.

Aye the 3 goals did show the lack of quality mind, and Sessegnon, Johnson, Fletcher & Mignolet wouldn't get near another Premier League team...

The 'love in', if you read articles away from the 0-3 (ouch...) has been tinged with realism, we've discussed at lenght the fact it's only 3 points, and most have said a draw tomorrow would still be seen as a bonus.

It's very early doors but the man is infectious, and not even the staunchest of you lot can deny that.

One thing is for sure, he's immediately put the fun back in football, and a crowd off 44k tomorrow , which will be buoyant, says it all.

0-3, lack of quality Sessegnon, lack of quality Johnson, and erm, Vaughan, sarcasm would be lost on that one, but what a ****ing strike eh?

Not at all pal, we could still go, and if we did, I'd be 100% convinced Pizzle would be the man to see us take back our Championship record points haul from Reading (cheeky ****ers...)

PDC will certainly bring some exciting times. It will most likely be a completely unpredictable roller-coaster ride, but at least that means you get some of the 'ups'. I expect with him his stay will end bizarrely and abruptly at some point, but in the meantime your club will get a boost. We could certainly do with one right now.

I've got no idea where it'll go, or end mate, just been great not so much looking back at last week, but looking forward to getting to the SOL tomorrow.

I've been going through the motions for 3 months, there outta duty, spending half the game texting etc, which is bollocks, tomorrow, I'll be bang supporting the lads, despite the fact that as it's Everton, victory is impossible!

That is priceless to me mate, having that love back in my heart.

That's what it's all about. Without the pride and passion football would be meaningless.

I'd much rather see both clubs doing well in the prem for the good of the NE and the level of banter between rival fans.

    Likewise mate.

When all is said and done, I'd like to play you rabble in a Euro final one day, ideally in Amsterdam or Prague or similar.

What a night that could be!
