I admit not seeing but a few games of United s this year... but Carrick must have saved all his bad games for when I was watching last year!!!! I'm sure you watch a lot more United games than I... but I can't remember watching Carrick ever being above average. Still... I really don't watch many games other than Liverpool games since dropping cable. Try limiting my exposure to PC viruses by only watching games I really care about.
Michu, Baines, Zabaleta, Tevez ( for me maybe not everyone else), Lambert, Dawson, Cazorla, loads of others ahead of hazard. He started really well but then tailed off and has really not done much.
Lambert's had a a fantastic season, good shout. He shouldn't win it ahead of others, but it would be nice for him to actually be recognised by being on the shortlist. Big names only on that list...
If I'm honest Carrick does deserve to be in there, I've seen a lot of Man Utd this season (unfortunately) and he's dominated pretty much every one of them. A very underrated player and I actually can't believe he doesn't walk in to the England team.
Is the voting by secret ballot/ That'sthe only chance Suarez has, as the Mail, the Mirror and Piara Powar would harrass any player who openly votes for Suarez.
My 6 for POY would be Suarez, Mata, Bale, RVP, Baines, Zabaleta. Can't believe there are no defenders in there. Benteke, Luke Shaw, Lukaka, Nastasic would be worthy receipents of the the YPOY.
Maybe most players are fed up with his play acting and other unprofessional behaviour...it would not make any difference whether the ballot is secret or not. It is about who the players themselves respect and think was the best player. It would be odd for them to vote for someone they didn't like...
The same Bale who is behind Suarez in every attacking stat? Or a different one? The Mail did a comparison article, presumably in the hope that Bale would come out on top, but Suarez bettered him all the way.

Mata definitely deserves his place, Michu should be in there ahead of Hazard. For me, Cazorla has been no better than Hazard so he shouldn't be considered either.
Fair enough, I reckon Mata has been a bit hit and miss, but I must admit to being biased cos I ****ing hate Chelsea.
So do I but Mata has been by far Chelsea's best player this season and would be very silly to say otherwise. I remember being linked with him before Chelsea got him, what a player he is, gutted we didn't get him tbh.
Cazorla's had a great debut season. Sure he's had a dip in form lately but so have Michu, RvP and Suarez, Bale's form earlier in this season wasn't great and Mata didn't have the best of starts. I think Carrick deserves a spot here too so it would have to be Mata or Cazorla thats dropped IMO Seems most agree that Hazard shouldn't be there
