so Ferrari look good from the start again. I doubt they will go for pole but if they do get it then they will be unstopable
And all the talk from pre-season testing about Red Bull dominating disappears within three races....hate to say I told you so but...
Looks like Mercs (Hamilton anyway), were running heavy and looking for a better race balance/prep. Be interesting to see if they do have pace come FP2 and FP3. Right now the Ferrari's look like the team to beat Edit: Pretty sure RB weren't going flat out either.. roll on FP2!
Well sorry to the Bahrain protesters but I dont think they will be making the top headlines like they did last year.
They are making enough though! I'm surprised that with all the circuits who would love to host a GP that they haven't bypassed this potential problem, at least in the short term.

Either Ferrari are in a league of their own here or RB, Lotus and Merc are all sandbagging/working on the race pace, which right now is the domain of the Ferrari (and Lotus)
Agreed, Alonso in the fastest car makes an unexciting race. The best driver in the best car is never good for the sport.
Just have to hope that qualifying can produce enough surprises to make him work. Though anywhere in the top 10 will not delay him long if Ferrari is quickest here.
I think he is in it to win it. The most quiet people have been about Vettel for a long time, possibly because SA has left us.
