Is it really mental how good a team is when their 4 best players are fit and in form? Anytime they lose with them you can just put it down to poor form, like when they lost to MoN's mighty Sunderland... again!
Bacon face can't just accept that maybe the whole thing with Carroll getting away with a booking was cancelled out by RVP's hilarious offside goal can he. No he will bitch and whine and of course that is what the media picks up on, not the fact that Man Utd should have lost last night to the better team on the night.
When he starts acting like a 'Sir' maybe the rest of us will call him it; i.e how about a press conference after you lose for a change? Most graceless loser in English football more like.
class how old are you again? he is one of rare managers to admit when his team get lucky with a decision ... yes it doesn't happen every day bcz his role as a manager require him to play mind games and play dirty at times, but i challenge you to find a better manager in a top club in PL who admit when his team get lucky with a decision like sir Alex do
By accepting a knighthood it just shows what a ****ing hypocrite Ferguson is.He's susposed to be a socialist.A real socialist would never accept an honour from the establishment.Danny Boyle was offered a knighthood for his work on the Olympics opening ceremony but chose to refuse it as it went against his political principles
Have to say that the RVP offside was difficult one for the referee to spot, even if you think that yard gave him an advantage in any way. He was in an onside position again, before he reacted to the shot. Very difficult one to call in any case. I think that often Man United get some soft decisions, but not that time. That goes into the same category as Walcott's offside goal against Norwich for me. Easy to bleat about if it goes against you, but a marginal call.
The queen and it's institutions have no authority over me, I could give a **** about what title you give him.
The queen is the head of state and nominally at least all institutions of governmaent and the church go through her. Honestly, I would rather she did it than we paid some politician to do it. Compared to the president she comes cheap. It is not as if we could take back her property, or stop protecting her even if we did elect someone to the role. I still think the idea of electing a king like they do in the USA is faintly ridiculous. Yeah, I know, they are not supposed to be kings, but nowadays...
At least with an elected head of state you don't have to pay for the rest of the family. There is no way having a monarchy is cheaper than having an elected head of state.
