I was of a similar mind RV, but I can't shake the feeling that Hughes knows best. I realise that jockeys don't always choose the right one, but most times they do, so got to reluctantly say that Toronado looks the likeliest. F/c maybe?

Had a bit of a whisper for DOWN ACE 14-1 5.25 Cheltenham today. Timmy Murphy on board and no better man for the job! Just passing it on. Good luck to you all.

God Oddy, how much have you had on Midnight Chase?

    My selections today,

    Ma Filleule
    Valmari (EW)
    Kells Belle
    Midnight Chase
    Sam Winner

If any win, I will have a tiny dabble on sticks.

I see all my horses have shortened in price baby shine 12/1 to 8/1
    Galaxy rock 10/1 to11/2
    Connectivity 14/1 to 9/1
    And cruchian 25/1 to a shocking 8/1
Fills me with hope but unfortunately means nothing as shown yesterday when I backed nampour at 10/1 it went off 5/2 and finished dead last!!! Really should try this laying game!!

I put Connectivity up on his last two runs Buddy and again today. He will win off this mark at some point and if he's in the first 4 turning in I can't see anything outstaying him but (and it's a big but) he might not have the toe to stay with them and could just leave himself too much to do.

I was waiting to see what the markets would do about the Evans horse in the first, Limegrove, after they spoke so positively about Vodka Time yesterday. However, two things are now putting me off. A drift from an opening price around 6/1 to 8's and 9's now and the stat around this race usually going to debutantes. If it rolls out to 10's i'll have a tickle but will just watch otherwise.

Yes I saw that bob and was glad that ur judgement was thinking similarly to me I think we posted simular times,,hopefully we've picked a good one,the hill will definitely enhance his chances,if he's close enough coming to the last I'd be very confident of a place at least

    3.10 Cheltenham Kells Belle

She won this race last season off a 3lb lower mark after a similar prep when running at the Festival albeit she took on Quevega a year ago as opposed to the handicap route Needles directed her down this time.

Given that she romped home last year by an easy 5 lengths I don't really see the extra few pounds as too much of a burden and at 8/1 she looks a knocking each way bet.

Could someone be kind enough to copy my comp entry picks onto the right thread for me as my works computer won't let me access it due to an inappropriate word!
