    It's an announcement by, what I can only assume now, is the holding companies, holding company's inubator company's new parent company to the LSE.

    This Douglas Ware guy is the owner of the law firm that lost to Ticketus on Whyte's behalf - not his lawyer as far as I can tell.

    There's pretty much zero chance that Whyte will attempt to take this to court, I reckon (could be wrong but the mentalist has previous for threatening court and not going).

    This is all just to put the wullies up Green - Whyte isn't going to drop anything until he gets paid, I reckon, and his legal bill is way North of anything Rangers can afford to give him.

    He's a desperate bastard but you gotta love him <laugh>
