I hope we don't have to play Simpson ever again this season.I've lost count of the number of easy chances he has squandered this season. Is he jinxed or WHAT!

Precisely. There is ONLY ONE THING THAT COUNTS and that is promotion.

I couldn't care less if we don't get another point this season as long as we go up!

    £125m. That's all that matters!!!

    ah, my mistake. Duly noted.

It remains officially a three horse race.

Judging by Watford's not606 fans, they're resigned to playoffs. Judging by Palace's fans on their forum, they're praying for the playoffs.

I think its good that most on here remain cautiously optimistic, mind. But I think its more or less job done now. *touches wood*

After the shock of losing tonight I think SB will sit the team down and give them a reality check.
I expect a positive reaction to tonight's lose against Bristol.
    City to win 3-0.

We beat ourselves, Fathi gave the ball away cheaply, exposed the defence but then no one bothered to cover and make a challenge for the goal. We were guilty of that a lot tonight and nearly gifted them 4 goals on a plate were they not ****.

And they were ****. Very ****. Didn't create a chance for themselves at all, where as we had the ball in their box a lot but tried to walk it in, and when we did shoot it wasn't good. They were clinical took their single chance and won. Crossing was also dire tonight, awful crosses into the box.

Simpson didn't do too bad all things considering he was moving with momentum, tight angle, under pressure, on his weak foot and the ball just curled away from the net and on to the post. He's had far worse misses this season but that said he should have buried it.

Got away lucky. If wolves stay up it won't be their own doing, there for the taking.

Anyone know why koren went off?

Disagree that 1 point will do it - but I do think that if we win on Friday then we are effectively up.

Blackburn won a pressure game today - as did leicester, and the chances are they will be both feel Watford are beatable. I'd rather have an already promoted Cardiff than a pressure game at Leeds for the last game too.

We got lucky tonight - pressure appears to be showing for both us and Watford, but we have a bit of leeway, they don't now. Play with energy and without pressure on Friday and we'll be pretty much there I think. A point on Friday will mean they can't lose another.

Be interested to hear what fans thought of Fathi who were there, I thought maybe Bruce was thinking he wasn't up to the standard. We are very thin now without Evans, and Koren possibly. Not that it really matters probably, reckon Bruce could pick himself one of the games and we'd still go up.
