I reckon..... ----------------Vorm---------------- Rangel----Chico-----Williams---Davies ------------------------------------- --------Britton------De Guzman------ Dyer---------Hernandez----Routledge ------------------------------------- ---------------Michu---------------- Or maybe Michu for Hernandez, and Moore up front instead. Am also not sure on how Rangel is doing, but I reckon he could be back. If we are on the ball, we will be tough with that formation, however some have been a lil below par of late, Hernandez is in a poor run of form, Dyer lieks to sulk, De Guzman needs to get stuck in more. Should be a good game none the less. Also if Michu plays behind the striker, then your going to need to keep an eye on him, he is great at drifting into spaces.
I'd play -------------Boruc---------- Clyne-Yoshida-Hoovield-Shaw -------Cork-----Morgan------ ---Lallana-Ramirez-Rodriguez- ----------Lambert-------------
I thinks it's fair to say Dyer will be up for this one if nothing else, maybe he'll lift the team. Obviously I'm hoping he won't but that's my prediction.
Swansea to win 2-0. Its about time we get back to winning ways now. Regardless of the score line, I think both sets of fans will be in for a treat with two teams who like to play football the right way. Michu and Dyer for the goals
First of all let me congratulate you on staying up. I was hoping that you would pull through, and you've had some real good results in the last month or so. Also it's the nearest I get to see a home game. I'd like to say I'm confident of a win, but I know what our defence can be like at times. I'm not sure what your manager's philosophy will be in this game, will he allow us to play our normal passing game or will he press us high up the pitch. As you know we do like to play it out from the back, and when teams do try and close us down this stifles our play, and we can struggle to get our passing game going. I don't think their will be much in it just the odd goal, so with us not good at set pieces I'm going for a narrow 2-1 win.
If anybody is going, go to Rossi's right by the ground, and bring me a Rissole back, as we say "Well lush"!!!!!
Should be a cracking game between two good footballing sides, a breath of fresh air from that crock of **** who pitched up at St Mary's last Saturday. First visit to the Liberty and really looking forward to it, a draw would be a good result but I think the Swans will just shade it......2-1.
Whilst saints would very much welcome that final win to hit that 40 point mark, both sides should be relatively relaxed which I hope will allow a freedom to the match and some expansive football. I'm really looking forward to watching this match which will probably curse it Back to the high press for us then.
Sorry , can you tell me which team you support Not sure from the above. Both should be safe from relegation etc 1-2 Saints for me. I am always optimistic on predictions so don't take it as arrogance, just rosey glasses.
Looking forward to this game after the abortion of a football match I witnessed last weekend. I normally hate the expression "my 2nd club" but if I had one Swansea would be it, I went to Uni down there and used to go to the Vetch 10-15 times a year to get my fix of football and watch Lee Trundle belting them in. Whatever happens it should be a great match, Swansea have some great fans and I'm sad I'm not going as I haven't made it to the Liberty yet. For what it's worth I'm going for an exciting 2-2 draw, and I'm glad the Jacks are up again next year!
Swansea v Cardiff should be a tasty match next season! Think Mauricio will stick with his usual defence (with Shaw hopefully back in for Fox). Seems to prefer Jos...I note that the Express made him the best Saints player against the Hammers. We usually give our best performances against sides that like to play, but I doubt that Swansea will panic the way Liverpool, Chelsea and Man City did. The latter teams did not like being put out of their stride and made to play Plan B, but I suspect that the Swans will be better able to cope being in the category of a good side but more used to being under pressure. This could be a very interesting match as I suspect we will come up against this more next year when teams try and counteract our style.
5 or 6 weeks ago, I'd have had us to stuff you by 3 or 4 goals. At the moment though, you've got the bit between your teeth and we're flagging. I'm not sure if our blip has been acceptance that we're safe or two Champion's League contenders coming to town, but this weekend has become a really tough one to call. As for the trip, I agree with previous comments. Rossi's for chips. If you want a beer at the ground, the Harvester is at the ground. If you're walking from the Train station, feel free to drop into the Hafod Inn (pronounced Havod). We're friendly in there. You'll be less welcome across the road in Smiths. It's not full of looneys, but it's a bit more... ...pensive. Have a great day, but I really hope you come away with no more than a point (at the most!).
Should be a decent game. Footballing sides tend to suit us better than more direct teams, so i think we'll be ok. Depending on the Swansea team, I don't think we'll come away with anything else than a draw
It won`t be lost on Poch or the players that we aren`t quite safe (yet) - hopefully the Jacks will want it a wee bit less than us. Should be a good game between arguably the two teams in the PL who are most pleasing on the eye. Narrow win for Saints.
He`s a Swans fan, but lives down your way somewhere. So long as the twatbuckets stay away, yes it will be tasty. I think we`ll have to take the toilets out for the game at our place. Or just smash them up before the away fans arrive, to save them doing it! They`re Cardiff born, Cardiff bred and play in Malaysian red! Onto the game, you are playing really well, we aren`t. We will have to up our game to get anything from this, happy with a point, a win would be best. Could go anyway, but we must not lose.
