Confirmed, Soft binned for Bahrain, Option to be Mediums and Prime to be Hards. Will some now try to make it a one stop? I doubt it, most I think will do a two stopper. Med, Med, Hard or Med, Hard (for a long middle stint), Med for short final stint, hopefully going against runners on the slower hard compound may allow some to make up a few places?
Hamilton reckons his Chinese GP race performance had been compromised by balance issues caused by rubber debris getting caught in his front wing, although he does not believe the team had the speed to beat Alonso even without the problems. "I don't feel we were harder on the tyres, we just generally didn't have the same pure pace," he said. "In terms of looking after the tyres, we had a couple of problems with the front wing. "We were losing downforce, so the balance was shifting quite a lot from understeer to balanced, and then balanced to understeer. So we need to fix that." Hamilton said that the amount of progress that Mercedes has made since last year was ultimately proved by there being a feeling of slight disappointment at 'only' finishing third. "Maybe if we did not have some of the issues with the front wing then I might have been able to overtake the Lotus [of Kimi Raikkonen], maybe, but they were still very quick even though he had problems with his front wing. "We just need to improve. As Ross [Brawn] said on the radio, we are not quite there yet but we are not that far away."

Getting rubber in his front wing is becoming a habit for Hamilton Or maybe it happens a lot and we rarely hear of it.
DC was pulling rubber out of someone's front wing on his grid walk, as was the driver although I've completely forgotten who it was Edit: It was Ricciardo.
DC even helpfully explained how the rubber affects the efficiency of the airflow. Those damned tyres again!
I watched the BBC forum and they waved at Ted but he ignored them lol. I just watched his notebook thing and saw if from his side and he really was in a world of his own.
I like Ted, he's acts the way I think most of us would if we were doing that job, giddy with a (fair)/bit of knowledge!
Yeah I agree, that how I imagine I would be in a job like that. Always sidetracked by something interesting happen on the paddock.
I would probably be boob browsing with Eddie and DC. When somebody asks me a question I would quickly make something contraversial up to throw off the scent....
