Up until your contentious free kick, you didn't look like scoring a goal, at least far less likely than we did. Sorry, but it does swing both ways.

The odd thing is I've only seen the free kick classed as contentious by Arsenal fans, no one else really questioned it that I've seen

Canary Rob, I find that fact a bit bizarre myself. I mean even Norwich fans concede it was 50-50 at best. But we can only make of the world what we can make of it using our own logic and reasoning. I don't feel that it was a free kick.

Why on earth is this still going on? Debate about decisions between those with red and white tinted glasses and those with yellow and green is irrelevant. There were shall we say "interesting" decisions for both sides but at the end of the day we lost 3-1.this is football. I do not think there is any conspiracy just some poor standards that I am sure all teams can say affect them. Look at the penalty we got against Saints for example

I would rather debate why we could not hold out for 5 minutes or so, why we have only won 1 game in 16 and are in a scrap for relegation that I do not see a lot of indication that the manager or players are addressing results wise.

Beef, sometimes I so wish you'd cut people a bit of slack. Rannaramshere didn't come on here to gloat, he came to give a view from a Gooner aspect. (thanks for doing so, ramnasherare <ok> sorry can't spell proper)
Which we can all agree with... or not.
But no, you wade in, shooting from the hip, f 'ing and blinding and it is really starting to piss people off - home and away.

Just take a deep breath before you post because there are many valuable contributors on here who would rather look at the broader canvas. And they're posting less and less recently.....?

Thanks to the Norwich supporters who've come out in my defence here. I don't mean to cause rifts on your board. I only want to discuss the game :)

First goal not a penalty, second goal Bassong brought down by your player (by his shirt, ironically) third goal offside. Discuss that.

I don't think I'll respond to you beyond this post, because, frankly, you take things way too seriously and you're far too aggressive. Good day.

That is true. But there again neither did Arsenal. The fact is though, we did score from that free kick. So I don't buy all this Arsenal were the better team so take all the issues away and they deserved to win. Nobody deserves to win unless they score more than the opposition. You did in the end so we can't argue but surely you must admit that you would feel pretty gutted if you had been in our position.

Because when we do debate that issue, we are rounded on as traitorous unbelievers who are desperate to see the club relegated rather than people who have assessed the current management team and the style it is imposing on the players and supporters alike is not working and we are now possibly one point clear of relegation. The same people who round on us told us we would have gone down with Lambert and his style of trying to win rather than draw. I'm not even sure 5 more draws would keep us up.
We held out for 85 minutes against Arsenal but that was because we had 8 in defence and a striker playing as a winger most of the game even though he was the best header of the ball on the pitch. Righto I'm off to be locked up in Cow Tower!

Agree Redruth, the injustice is more the style of play we are resorting to and having a manager who has won 1 in 16 games!! I do not want my club relegated and hopefully we will get there but only if the players and management start getting results. I will be doing my bit as we all will for the remaining games but they have got to match that commitment.
