    well done lambert n-power manager of the year what can you say he is the best manager we have had hopefully lambert will be with us a few more years.

    Think back to 5 pm that Saturday in August 2009, we'd just been humiliated 1 - 7 by Col Who, now look where we are now! It's not miraculous, it's totally impossible! The man can walk on water whilst cooking a 5 course dinner on a matchstick ILWT <cheers>

    my respect for this man knows no ends. I will be most satisfied to see what genius he brings to Premier League encounters. Good on you Mr Lambert, I hope your new improved deal is respectful enough of your evident talents and I trust it will tie you to the yellow and green mast for some time to come. OTBC

    Lambert has achieved so much more than Warnock; he finished 4 points behind, but on way, way less money and from a position where second from bottom in League One!
