Having seen a crook attack a police sniffer dog on an American crime show once, he was charged for assault on an officer, as apparently a dog is an officer over there lol

I don't know what the rule is over here, but if a dogs classed as an officer, then a horse isn't really any different. I hope they throw the book at the guy
