In hindsight it's quite amusing to read who were the favourites at the start of the season. Not gloating though because no-one had a crystal ball (not even Holloway's head). http://www.betting-directory.com/fo...-leicester-joint-favourites-for-promotion.php http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19161868
The top scorer odds look hilarious now. 16/1 - Jermaine Beckford (Leicester) 16/1 - Stephen Fletcher (Wolves) 16/1 - Jordan Rhodes (Huddersfield) 16/1 - David N'Gog (Bolton) 16/1 - Kevin Doyle (Wolves)
So If Prossy can dovetail with Fryatt (Can anyone explain in plain english what Mr Burns was trying to say) then we could reach the play-offs...
That BBC one isn't bad because it was done by local experts so it's fair and biased towards promoting every team in a way. Some of the neutral ones were ridiculous though, people had us down for 16th in some and Leeds took up an auto spot in most of them.
I got 33/1 on winning the league after the Brighton game and 10/1 on promotion. Wish I'd put more on promotion now.
I got 35/1 for the title and 10/1 on promo immediately after Spain struggled against Italy in the euros final. Don't know if we'd even appointed Bruce by then?
I've got City at 18/1 with a 18+ handicap to win the league. Although Watford and Palace could knacker that up.
