I've ceased to care how it'll come out. I want a normal 18 team league. I don't give a **** if that means 12 of the teams are ****e. The teams at the top of the first are easily getting onto the same level of the bottom half of the SPL. Falkirk, Morton and Thistle are all decent sides the now anyway and deserve a crack at a bigger league.
This Look at Falkirk at the weekend... Ross County this season! Aberdeen always get pumped out of cups by Div 1 (and 2!!) teams. I'm sick of playing the same ****e 4 times a year. They authorities don't give a **** about the fans. All still sitting with their thumbs up their arses waiting for the OF games to come back again. We'll never get less than 12 teams in the SPL because of that.
To be honest I'd prefer Celtic to leave and go back to their spiritual homeland in Eire and then scottish football can die. Obviously all the timmy *****s would also have to relocate to Ireland. Especially the more obese ones.
St Mirren and County vote against. It's dead in the water. Stuart Milne is saying these two clubs are "ruining Scottish football" Folk should really refrain from these ridiculous proclamations especially after all the "armageddon" nonsense.
Milne is a fud. Why is 12-12-18 the only viable proposal? We keep hearing that it's the only option but never hear exactly why no other options have been explored further. It's pure greed from the chairmen. I'll no be going back until they get it sorted.
Reading more about it now. Scottish football is ****ed with infighting, innuendo and paranoia. How changing league structure has turned into such a pathetic piece of tit-for-tat I'll never know.
The rhetoric and half-truths coming out from this are the most disappointing aspects. No-one is giving the fans the truth at all. Why are Celtic backing a 12 team top flight? Most of the season ticket holders want an increased league. Pandering to the money and TV men and leaving the fans out in the cold as usual.
