enjoyed the game very much, sunderland were looking the more dangerous and the more likely to score which of course they did......A thorn in the toons side today was ironically a toon fan himself with danny graham and that should go a long way to sunderland finally accepting him which im glad about as an ex player of ours.....It was 50/50 with possession and the toon had more shots on and off target and sunderland had i think about 7 shots that they made 3 count on the day.......fair play entertaining game where sunderland were up for the game more than the toon....

For me Danny Graham had his best match by miles today. I'm sure he played on with an injury too!

He had the beating of Mbiwa, who couldn't cope with him at all, I was embarrassed for the lad.

Not the best game I've ever seen. We got what we deserved out of it, Pards didn't come out of it smelling of Roses and it was mentioned more than once that Ashley should send him on his way.

What's happened to Tiote lads? Was really good last year, leading up to the second and third goal he was skipped as if he wasn't even there.

Oh and Rose was fantastic, as was Sess

I think you just have to hold your hands up sometimes. We were beaten by the better side on the day. Yes we were exhausted, we had some moments of misfortune, and 3-0 was flattering but they deserved to win. Just got to take our medicine. We've been on the right end of these fixtures often enough in recent times so we are just going to have to take the stick :D.

Graham, Rose, Mignolet and Sessegnon were superb for them. I dislike Mussolini, but you have to give him credit. He made full use of the extra preparation time and got his tactics spot on. They started quickly, got a goal and ran the what little legs we had left out of us. They then sat in and just played classic counter attack.

When the Cisse goal was wrongly disallowed, the game just went away from us.
