We beat Bristol City at wembley to gain promotion to Premier league, we could conceivably beat them again on Friday to win promotion to the Premier league. People say its a funny old world :) :)

...and if we win Tuesday, we would be pushing Wolves towards relegation and ourselves towards promotion.

Bruce will no doubt not mention it, but I think he'll be happy given how Wolves turned him down as manager last season. It may be too much to ask for the Mackams to come down to complete a clean of deserved outcomes.

Like I said before, it would also be at the expense of Watford, which make it even more ironic.

    Deja vu?

Added to that we could well swap places with Stoke, who went up at the same time as us in '08, but looked to have established themselves in the Prem in a way that we could not.

Long way to go, but they are the only team in the frame for the last slot who do not look like picking up points at the moment.

I hope we're not the club who relegate Brizzle.

I realise they're down, but I'd rather the deed was done elsewhere.

    They're a decent bunch.

Agreed. I hope that their relegation is confirmed on Tuesday.

Here's to hoping they bounce straight back up.

I think it will be confirmed at Birmingham on Tuesday. Hope they can bounce straight back up, decent club and decent fans.

If we win on Tuesday and Watford lose we're 9 clear with 9 points to play for. If we beat Brizzle we're 12 clear or draw 10 clear with Watford only having 9 to play for.

Or am I wrong? This was off the top of my head....

That's the mathematics of it, spot on.

SB busy trying to keep the players grounded, as he says:-

"This league is ridiculous as we see results every week that leave you scratching your head.
"Given that, there's no wonder that you don't get carried away because we could quite easily lose four. I don't think we will, but we have got to make sure we turn up at Wolves and do the job all over again."

went out in Bristol after the game earlier in the season....
this annoying little fat ****er heard me and my mate talking and found out we where city fans and spent the rest of the night following me around, pulling stupid faces at me, .... especially annoying as one time i was halfway through some impressive dance moves to Rick Astley....i hope we send them down just because of him...
