When Bale isn't rescuing the Spuds arses, they are a toothless outfit. As demonstrated by their last three defeats on the trot. I wonder what has happened to Bale? Maybe he's already got one eye on playing for a big club and is realising that he's wasting his time playing for a team who are below his level.
So it's clear that the Spuds are a toothless outfit when Bale isn't playing for them. His current absence from the team must be making him realise that he's been carrying them all season and could influence his decision this summer as to whether he wants to play for a team that could match his skill, or carry on with one that will hold him back.
