You're wide awake eh? I sense the opportunity for a Katy Perry reference!

Also odd spelling of Kathryn, putting an E in it. How unusual.

Thing is, I'm worried that I'll sleep through my alarm for the F1 tomorrow morning. I figure stay up for the night, guaranteed not to miss it, and then sleep on the plane back to England, as my Easter holiday is FINALLY over :p

I like Katy Perry, she's done some good songs.

Wide Awake, The One That Got Away (if you don't find the video even slightly sad, you have a heart of stone-ice!), Part of Me (entertaining video, makes me want to join the Royal Marines), Firework, even California Girls is alright.

Compare her to Jesse J for example, who is a similar genre, and there's just no comparison. Katy is leagues ahead.

Actually, when I was in Dublin, many moons ago, me and my friend were wondering through Temple Bar (sort of the Dublin equivilent of Covent Garden) and we met this bunch of girls and they were saying we should go to this club or something and meet them there or whatever. I was well up for it, but my friend, alas was not (having a girlfriend probably had something to do with that) so didn't get there in the end, shaaaaame.

The test of a truly good song is, can you listen to it 10+ times back to back and still enjoy it? I once listened to an R.E.M. song over 100 times back to back (not even kidding)

God, I hated Firework. No effort went into writing that at all.

If you can listen to a song 10+ times back to back and still notice new things every time, that's the kind of song I like.

Last time I went a local brought me a Guinness, he then poured in two shots of Bailey's. He told me some crap about it being the national drink.

In the top 5 Katy songs, it probably doesn't appear to be fair, but it's alright, wouldn't change station if it came on.

There's also one about losing one's virginity which seemed quite good.
