Listening to the game on Humberside a couple of fans text in to say they sit in the West stand and have both been told off by other supporters for shouting and encouraging the team on. Can you believe it no wonder the west stand is so quiet miserable gits

What they going to do with all them plastic Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool etc fans, who'll be sitting in there next season?

Hope the stewards are up to scratch.

I heard it as well, and it doesn't surprise me if it were true.

The stewarding is ****ing horrendous everywhere in the stadium.

Rarely get 'told off' but usually get people turn around and/or look at you like you're doing something really odd at a football match. It's embarrassing really but then the East Stand's not much louder, the atmosphere all-round has been poor at the KC.

I've been told off twice this season by a steward and 2 fans, the last time was v Boro. I sit in the West Stand Lower near the away end.

First time I got up after the referee made a shocking decision and shouted a few expletives before saying 'Jesus Christ referee'! The bloke behind me tapped me on the shoulder and said that I could shout the F word and even the C word but don't take the lords name in vain!? Crazy.... I couldn't stop staying it after that....he hasn't been back.

The second time was v Boro by a steward last weekend, again some expletives were used at the start of the second half, and everyone that sits near me knows I only use them in extreme situations (usually directed at a poor refereeing decision). But a woman with her son who decided to take the seats behind us in the second half for 'a better view' complained to the steward and I was told to watch my mouth by the steward. The old dears that sit next to me defended my actions/verbals , and they're in their 50/60's, and told the woman to go and sit back in her ticketed seats if she didn't like it! The thing is the east stand started a chant not 5 minutes after that calling Boro '****ing ****e'.

The atmosphere is poor in the West Stand make no mistake and unfortunately it seems that some of our own fans would rather wave a plastic flag and eat their hotdog than get behind the team and show some passion. I much prefer away games...you can say what the **** you like.

I sat in the west stand for the first six or seven seasons at the KC, and never got told off for getting behind the team, and it was only in the second reem season when a new bloke and his kids, both of who played on ds every week I got told off for swearing.

I sit in the West Stand Upper and have had to miss the last two home matches. My kindly neighbours informed a family member that you are not allowed to leave your seat during the match! Well they are going to have a shock on Friday!!!
I am normally quite at the KC but very vocal away. I don't know why, cos I'm generally a gobby ****er.

Thing is every club has a West stand. There's only ever really one loud section and we're the same as everyone else in that respect. The problem is that our East stand in the last year or two have got quieter.

I maintain there's reasons for it though; a lack of excitement, numbers, goals and frustration at home games. The place will be rocking again if we take the opportunity to make Cardiff a party atmosphere.

I've sat in the West since the KC opened and I'm hardly quiet(some people think I've got tourettes), but the only warning I've ever has was for running down to the away dug-out and threatening to kick **** out of Alan Pardew.

I usually sit in the West, and haven't had or seen any trouble with shouting etc...

There is one bloke (I think he sits on the front row of the Upper Tier) who shouts rubbish all game, particularly aimed at Koren recently. If he is the one that people are having a go at, then good on them.

I think this is a load of Bull.....

Unless there the people who i turned and round and told to **** off when they asked to substitute Aluko once. There are some right idiots in the West stand who moan at every single player and i can't stand that as it never helps the team. However i have never seen someone being told off for shouting and screaming and supporting the team, so don't believe the stuff they ay on the radio.

I have a group of four of them sort behind me. Last match it was Brady they whined about. Apparently, he is ****. ****ers.

Oh, and the tart who sits with them can play better than half our team apparently.
