Sitting here flattened like the rest of you I've no doubt. Completely trashed on the back of yet another underwhelming 'performance'.

Dread to think what that's doing to 'Arry - and more's the point our Tone who's spent millions for the privilege of watching us flounder all season.

Don't blame either of them tbh. Done all they can. When destiny's against you it sure let's you know it!

Just hope they can trade off the no-marks for some real Rs next term. We need to learn how to win a few games again.

Can't blame the current structure. This season died when we signed that **** Hughes!

I feel very sorry for the guy. Taken to the cleaners by guys who would be fired in any other profession for their ineptitude.

The cameras went to TF at the end of the match; he had the same glazed look as the rest of us. I'd love to know what was going through his mind, hopefully it is more constructive than what is going through mine.

Sorry for Tone, no sympathy for Harold, he knew what he was taking on and had 25 games to play with. 20 gone, 20 points gained, still relegation form, albeit an improvement on what went before, but a win ratio of 20% isn't good enough. He has 5 games left.......5 wins now.

But that's just it innit Roller? If we're in a daze having spent little or nothing much more than months of emotional energy, how's Tony supposed to get into a zone positive enough to turn things round, much less justify all that money to himself?

    Poor sod.

I don't blame tony. I blame the players. With an impressive managerial CV, MH appointment wasn't a gamble. Many of us may not like him personally but his record before us was beyond reproach.
Look at Harry who many consider a top coach and manager. He can't seem to get anything consistent out of these prats either.
Lets look at the bigger picture here gents. Our players are a disgrace. Over paid, over hyped, egotistical wasters. Despite periods of half decent play our players simply don't work hard enough for my liking. I don't see enough fight and enough effort. Many (not all) just seem to go through the motions week in and week out.

Our recruitment policy was shambolic. Surely it must be possible to assess players' attitudes before signing them.

Obviously not at QPR. We have sent out the message that we are a retirement home. Don't want to sound like I'm reacting to today's result. I know we're all gutted. This team quite simply, isn't a team.

Unlike some people who blame TF and think he will resign at the end of the season, I think TF is one of the least to blame. He was in a difficult situation with Hughes with the money settlement a big factor. He's stated he's in for the long haul, I know some of the players will jump ship as soon as we're down.

If TF goes and causes an exodus of our investors, we are Pompey 2. TF has been astounding for us and aside from naively supporting and believing MH he has not put a foot wrong. Detractors of TF should really think about what they wish for and moreover, airing their criticisms too loudly. Had I ploughed millions into a team, just to be berated by its supporters, I might well be inclined to put my money elsewhere.

Brix, delighted to see a positive thread about TF. Megastar as far as I'm concerned.

He will be feeling more gutted than any of us, not just because of the money though that is no small thing, but because the man is a winner and wants to achieve well in all he does.

I believe Tony when he says he is here for the long haul. Next season we will see and older and wiser Tony at the helm. It might mean a coupe of seasons in the NPC but that is fine.

I don't believe we will be out for another 15 years.

Not gutted today because season is over for me. Time to look forward.

Cheers RTID. The fact it was clearly never meant to be is no reflection on the man who would otherwise have been our hero. Big up Tone. Your in the right place at the wrong time. Just a matter of waiting till our demons have been well and truly buried!

Next Saturday I for one, will be chanting 'One Tony Fernandes' pretty incessantly, which is bad news for Roller who will be standing next to me. this bloke deserves to know that the vast majority of Rs fans are behind him, and that the twitterati should be ignored.

Yep....naive, but 100% QPR it seems to me. Tony should be able to get us through the next couple of years and make us leaner and stronger. Must learn from his mistakes though and guys like him usually do!

Really feel sorry for the guy, he's put heart & soul into the R's and been the victim of a set of circumstances that were initiated by Bernie & Flav. That three month hiatus when they were flogging the club really did for us and Warnock and we were playing catch-up from then on. Hughes f*cked-up big-time in the summer and Harry was left with a load of pony to work with, there just was no way to turn it all round in January, the squad is totally unbalanced and there are probably only a handful of that squad that Harry would really want to stay, the sooner they have a clear-out the better...

Tony knows his limitations. He would have known what mess the club was in when he came in, it was universally stated by all of us fans, pundits and players alike that our problems stemmed from briatore's policy of sacking a manager every third Wednesday and interfering at every turn. So what does tony do? The best possible thing by appointing beard for the commercial side, and Hughes for the footballing matters. Unfortunately Hughes just didn't have the knowledge to create a team from scratch,or it would seem the energy to install belief amongst the players. I do blame the players largely, they're professionals and should play 100% from start to finish in every single game, alas this wasn't the case. We saw in glimpses that all the players have great skill and could play together, but would only ever turn up for half a match.

But Hughes made the biggest errors by only strengthening our weakest areas with ageing players and loans. Yeah there's been some bad luck, but every team can point to injuries or a wrong decision, but overall we deserve to be where we are.

But did tony make a mistake keeping Hughes so long, well obviously yes, but he did it for all the right reasons and proved he does understand that he can't interfere and must leave the managing to the manager, unfortunately this is one occasion a ruthless approach might have served us better.

But as long as he stays, I know we are looking stronger for the future. Lets just hope next season we do get things right and next time we'll be ready!

I actually feel a little calmer than in prior weeks as though a millstone has been lifted. The convincing victory over Sunderland gave us all hope and inside I really tensed up, believing Redknapp was going to do it. But the last 4 games have had it all, and largely against us. If we were going to do it, inside I fell it was going to have been those games that would provide the springboard. Alas, one measly point against Wigan.

I am resigned to the fact that this lot aren't good enough.... And I actually feel happier about it.
