And even if we don't stay up it's not the end of the world! Just means we get a few less evenings like this and a few more wins next season! And four more games for our precious money. But from what I've heard today, we definitely will stay up.
Today, justice was served. How any of you can moan about the linesman is beyond me, he made one mistake for one goal, which made up for the mistake that was made when Kamara tripped up over his own gangly legs and winning a free kick that resulted in your goal. Not to mention that Walcott was taken down by one of your defenders which should have been a penalty. Nothing wrong with the penalty that we were actually given either, Giroud was pulled down, the referee obviously thought about giving it but looked to his linesman for confirmation, he could have easily overruled it if he thought it wasn't a penalty. All that time wasting was fantastic as well. Anyway, thanks for the 3 points, hopefully you and your fat players get relegated.
Bitter? Am I the one who is moaning about being hard done by and how the linesman was out to get poor old Norwich?
That's an interesting observation considering the unsportsmanlike behaviour of Norwich through out that game.
Everything else aside, enjoy the win, you wont always get the "big" decisions going your way and we will all be lining up to laugh if it costs you
No big decision went our way today, everything we got was legitimate barring Walcott being offside in the lead up to the 3rd goal, but it was justice so it's ok. Also the corner that you conceded shouldn't be an issue either. Ramsey chased the ball, slid for it and caught it with his heels keeping it just in play, Snodgrass slid it back out.
How can we moan about the linesman when he gave a corner rather than a goal kick, which lead to the penalty, and then didn't flag Walcott offside in the build-up to the third? No, surely bad decisions costing us 2 goals is something we should take quietly. Sorry. The trip on Kamara, from all angles I've seen, was just that, there's nothing to say Gibbs didn't clip him. The Walcott one your players barely appealed for, and none of the commentators seemed to think there was a lot in it either. And don't worry, I imagine all of Norfolk are now hoping that Spurs and Chelsea fill up the Champions League spots Ok, I'll give you Holt kicked the ball away and was a little 'clever' at times, but beyond that how many teams from the bottom half take the lead at your library and decide to push on and keep the game flowing.
How Arsenal fans can think anything other than that they were incredibly lucky to have such a biased linesman when every single impartial commentator (who invariably hate us) has said there were gross injustices in this game. The sky sports commentator doesn't even think it was a penalty because Giroud was pulling Kamara by the shirt as well. The penalty changed the game. We would not have conceded any if it wasn't for that. I also saw several cynical fouls by Sagna and Arteta, as well as consistent fouling on Kamara.
Don't bite with this chap. It's Matt Lucas. He's got enough problems of his own. And probably a mate of the Krays.
Lino had x-ray contact lenses on - how he could give both the corner when he couldn't see who the ball had come off, or the penno when completely insighted is beyond me. Utterly disgraceful.
Typical arrogant Arsenal 'fans'. At least we all know now why they call the Emirates 'The Library', what utter, pathetic, dreadful support. 60k crowd (allegedly), but all you could here were the City fans. At least Spudz have passionate support behind them.
You've admitted Walcott was offside, so there's one. You are also obviously too one-eyed to listen to independent commentary. We were robbed by the linesman and your cheating players - Johnson, our best player today, fouled off the park. Literally.
