Technically yes...not sure how he's still in. Still very terribly sorry for him and the events surrounding this. I thought the rule was that you could take your ball back as far as want in a direct line from where your ball crossed the hazard. Perhaps the USGA have different nuances to this than the R&A? Be some stink if he comes back from this and wins!..not least from the layers! C'mon Tiger!!
Wasn't going to bother today but gonna have a small bit on Wild Salmon @ 33/1 e/w 4.35 Thurles. Bit of a plodder but capable of running at least place off this mark and with 4 places available it will help pass another 6 or 7 minutes of the afternoon.
