HTL Shola to score a blinder and Sissoko to run the midfield, just need to hope our patchwork defence and krul can put in a good shift today.

Excitement,/tension is building. Please let us stick it to them again. I know its greedy and they are probably overdue some derby joy, but they're mackems.

I see Sissoko has said he knows what it is going to be like. Think the reality of the atmosphere will be a (positive) surprise for all of our new guys. They all seem to respond well to the noise and fervor of the fans so hopefully they are spurred on and tired legs are energized. Really looking forward to tomorrow.

I think they've had a bit of an idea from our last 50k plus gates what the atmosphere could be like, plus the old hands will have informed them how big this game is to us fans.

Just sums them up though, would love to see them get relegated, unfortunately I think Stoke will go down.

In an effort to endear himself further to the Mackems whilst continuing to embrace their historical culture, Ellis Short has challenged Pardew to ' cheesy chips at dawn '

Now, whilst Pardew's body is obviously his temple after getting a glimse of his " ripped " torso against Fulham, I wouldn't be suprised if our erstwhile leader took up the challenge and spanked the yank sending him home with the rest of his multi fingered followers to the land of the unwashed.

    Hurray for Alan.

If true, like Gandalf says, shows a complete lack of class. But have to say this wreaks badly of our press and dog and bone syndrome. Sunderland are the new cat to kick because of Paolo Mussolini and the black shirts are getting it from all angles.

Check the Sunderland board for a laugh, the big chip on the shoulder is back. "Lets wipe the smugness off their face" What smugness is this? Our glorious flirtation with relegation? <laugh> They are a strange bunch.

Must confess I wanted Sunderland to stay up, however I've just this second had a change of heart, I hope we absolutely batter them tomorrow and they end up going down.

Cast them out with the sodomites I say.

Mate of mine who sits in the Strawberry corner reckons this will be the song of the day tomorrow (to the tune of 'that's amore')

His shirt's black it's not brown and he'll take Sunderland down,
    that's Di Canio!
