Alan Sugar is a complete and utter plum!

Discussion in 'Tottenham Hotspur' started by Hoddle is a god, Apr 12, 2013.

  1. Have you heard him gobbing off, saying that AVB should be fired because he "had no tactics" and let both THudd and Adebayor take penalties!
    <doh>

Isn't this the muppet who hired Gross?

I wish these jumped-up twats would keep their traps firmly shut!

Yes he does like to mouth off on Twitter about a) Spurs or b) at Piers Morgan. I once shut him up because he shamelessly tried to plug his PC firm several times by tweeting "Help the UK economy. Buy a Viglen computer". To which I replied, "...exactly how many of the parts in your PCs are actually UK manufactured?" knowing full well his company simply sources parts abroad e.g China, assembles them, puts a crap badge on them and flogs them cheap claiming they are "British".... suffice to say the silence was deafening!

He frequently stays at his plush pad only a few miles south of me in Boca Raton. Shall I pass on any kind words or messages to him HIAG haha!?

He might be an expert at selling **** computers, etc. However, what he knows about football could be written on the back of a postage stamp - with half a stamp left over.

I think he is a fan, and I certainly agree with his opinions on Piers Morgan!

Who doesn't? To despise That pompous, slimy toad is the natural reaction of most normal people.

Best thing AVB can do is to stay, become successful thereby shoving it down the sugar plum's throat. I hope he does stay,he hasn't done badly in his first season. We weren't beaten last night,it was a draw so well done AVB.

Are you kidding their tweets are part of an extensive courting dance. I had to unfollow Sugar (not Morgan cause I want to know what bother he gets in) cause the bromance between them is nauseating.

I wouldn't say that about the highly litigious Alan Sugar. Very brave of you Spurf.

A shame he didn't get reamed by an employment tribunal for constructive dismissal of a former Apprentice winner.

Sugar knows nothing about football - he admitted as such when he took over, and proved many times during his tenure he wasn't lying - and spends his time spouting crap because the media has been conned into believing he's a good businessman based on him being the head judge on a talent show.

He doesn't even know anything about electronics, the sector he works in, as the quote in my sig demonstrates...

Sugar basically saved our club, so I'll always be grateful to him for that, regardless of the ulterior motive that he may have had.
It's just a shame that he didn't go out and hire someone to run it that knew what they were doing.

We might've ended up like Portsmouth then, though. He nearly bankrupted them, for a start.
Disqualified from acting as a company director for 7 years.

Superb manager, but far, far dodgier than Redknapp ever has been.
