Very good read mate, thanks for posting. I'm just glad that we finally have a 'hands on' manager at last. It baffles me how so called managers, and we've had a few in recent years, come to our club and let the coaching staff implement their ideas and maybe visit the training round on a Friday themselves to make team selections. Apparently Keano was like that and I heard MON was too, not sure about Bruce like but this bloke is there 24/7. Very encouraging to see it as well.

Really??/ He told McClean to use his right foot?? Bet that confused him - we've all heard the joke, how do you confuse an irishman with only a left leg!!!

Have to say that's the best thing I've EVER read in the Daily Mail - who knows, they may change my opinion - only time will tell!!

The hand off approach can work, just need a good head coach to do it. MON didnt bring his right hand man to Sunderland with him, so it failed. I doubt SAF leads the training at Old Trafford.....

Having said that, I do like the sound of what PDC is doing with the lads.... could we actually see Mcclean and AJ putting in some crosses with their right feet? that should confuse the opposition as long as it doesnt confuse the Mcclean and AJ themselves too much

The more I read about PDC, the more I like. The bloke just loves his football. That's got to rub off on the players and spur them on.

And there lies the problem mate, just when was he going to realise that the coaches we had weren't doing the business?

I would rather have a coach who has as much contact with the players as possible(common decency applies before the jokers start) - it must make a difference to have him present as often as possible surely, rather than a coach that turns up for 2 or 3 days here an there.

no idea, but it irrelevant now anyway.

PDC looks like a manager who knows what he is doing - at least on the training ground, hopefully he can keep us up. We wont know for certain what he is worth tactically until next season, (provided we have survived this one)

Soon we will have a football identy - If it's the championship or premiership next year who cares. We have a Coach who is teaching our player to play football. I'm so happy about this appointment.

    Viva Di Canio....
