    I am sure it is i use to have long hair and into heavy metal and didnt mix with punks at the time. But got on well with rat and only got to see him at city.

    I used to drink with Rat, Snaz, Dave Hardcore from Slander (looks a bit like him with the mohican actually) and that lot on Friday and Saturday night in the 90s. Are we talking the young kid in the Exploited t-shirt ? It does look like a much younger version of him to be fair.

    Thought he was banned from City though, unless that ban ran out. It was like 10 years since I last had a drink with him. Nice kid.

    Rat and Tim behind him were always at City during that time when we were **** and only 4K turned up. Always had a few mohicans like Dill in our crowd.

    I've checked and it is rat.

    Not sure if he's still going to City, it seems he managed to get himself a banning order at some point.

    I used to go to City with Dill as a youngster, always started off at Paragon so he could collect stuff out of out that locker he permanently had in there.

    I remember Rat when we used to drink (all underage) in the New York on opposite BMW. He used to hang around with punks from Boothferry estate (Si Bryant being one). He also used to go out with my mates sister, and yer he was a good lad. He certainly put some timber on since that photo.
