This game IMO will be the decider to see if we can sneak into the play-offs, lose and its over, win then we have a great chance. Like I said before on another thread I think we will just miss and this is the game IMO will be the stumbling block. My prediction...... Bradford 2 - 1 The Gas (sorry guys) Gas Scorer - Broghammer Attendance - 11,670 - (358 gasheads)
Fantastic thread Seamge Think we will draw this. Really want to win to see what happens but i think 1-1 with Brunt getting the goal. My team would for this game will be slightly different to yesterday. Parkes will serve his 2nd match ban so still not available. I would rest Harrison - by his own words on twitter, he aint on his game at the moment so I would rest him and start Anyinsah. Mildenhall Smith McDonald McChrystal Brown Anyinah Woodards Norburn Hammer Brunt Tounkara Dont forget to predict the attendance for Bradford game here http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/204402-Attendance-prediction-game-vs-Wimbledon-and-vs-Bradford
I'm not sure about Norburn...I can't see what everyone else seems to. He looks one-paced, and at least two passes he attempted yesterday crossfield to RW skewed off his boot and spun backwards to RB. I'd stick Lockyer or Goddard there...won't happen though.
P49 disagree with your assesment of Norburn remember he has just come back from an ankle injury and has no one to protect him with Otoole having returned to Colchester when they play together it allows him more time on the ball.My opinion is that he links well with Brunt and would also link well with Tounkara eventually. Agree he was ineffectual yesterday but Woodards is a defender not a central midfield player and it shows. also remember there was no Parkes behind the midfield to mop up which left Billy Crystal working v hard to clear the lines Mcdonald grew into the game as it wore on though so hopefully he will be more confident away at Bradford (good size for a central defender looks better than Kenneth (not hard). Norburn should be better vs Bradford hopefully. COR
TEAM NEWS Bristol Rovers will be without captain Tom Parkes, who serves the second game of a two-match suspension. Winger Ellis Harrison has been struggling with a dead leg, but is expected to be involved.
were safe thats all that matters so if we lose then the slim chance of the play offs is over so we can move on hopefully sign ward up and other players contracts sorted asap before anyone else gets them.
Come on boys! This is a big one tonight! Win this one, we still have Southend to play who we almost never beat but we will have momentum and belief....I will be ****ting bricks tonight
evening lads Starting 11 for tonight has been named.... 2 changes made.... Oumare Tounkara and Ellis Harrison have failed fitness tests, Tounkara has a thigh injury and Harrison a dead leg. Anyinsah and Hitchcock replace them. -------------------Mildenhall------------------ Smith---McDonald---McChrystal---Brown Anyinsah-Norburn--Woodards-Hammer --------------Brunt-----Hitchcock-----------
