absolutely outstanding today, total rock and made miller look like a schoolboy. applauded the MOM award then showboated by piling into midfield to head out a clearance. reads the game brilliantly and looks effortless at times. i believe Faye can easily handle the last 5 games, especially if he conserves energy and doesn't bother running forward for our atrocious corners which habitually either don't beat the first man or loop over the last.
Will Faye be given another contract? It's up at the end of the season. In my opinion he should be given another 12 months, not as a starter, but his experience and ability to call on as a sub/reserve would be significant. He has been outstanding this season.

Give him the armband, Koren should look upto him and take note of how to lead a team. You don't have to shout at every player, actions inspire and lead players - follow my lead boys stand your ground and never give in. Koren's not going to win headers and tackles I know but he should be putting the effort in, like Beckham does and did for England.

First game I've missed in ages, but according to the commentary and watching highlights, Faye missed a sitter and was caught napping by miller giving him a free header a yard in front of goal which he managed to **** up. The sun probably didn't even look into the game that much though so it's irrelevant.
