Ben - Bragg sung political songs about the rights of workers and general lefty type stuff, but when it came down to it, he made a ****e load of money from it, and enjoyed the wealth he accumulated, rather than spreading it around the poor, like his songs would indicate he would.

Or in other words, he was full of ****.

She was democratically elected three times - get over it you bunch of pussies - if you didn't like her then more people should have voted against the Cons, but they didn't, because Labour was a ****ing shambles. It's not as if it was a dictatorship. Wah wah wah she took my milk, should've got off your lazy arses and done something about it then.

The Conservatives were bad but Labour were worse so the best of being ****e was voted in (In the words of my old man).

She can't have been THAT popular anyway because these people didn't look too happy...

So do you think everyone who has a social conscience has to become a modern day Jesus Christ? You support Hull City don't you, so is it hypocritical that you don't donate your wages to the club? Of course not, you're just inventing a unique moral code for someone because you disagree with their politics.

He's like Sean Connery- the well known Scot Nat.

Fiercely patriotic and pro devolution but remains in tax exile encouraging the others to fight the fight.

Billy on the other hand lives in massive mansion in wealthy Dorset- well away from the gritty cosmopolitan melting pots he idealises.

    Dismal hypocrite <laugh>

Can we stick to the eulogies for the recently departed Baroness rather than general politics? Ta.

Are political parties liek football clubs ie you pick one and stick with it? Surely it's best to pick and choose as to which parties/policies suit your needs and what you think the country needs each time rather than playing sheep in blind faith?

It's not really reeling in as such.

Just stating other facts or expressing other opinions.

I'm saddened by how so many people have such irrational hatred for a democratically elected politician and seem to hold her responsible for their own frustrated ambitions/ careers.

There comes a point in your life where you just have to say "**** it, that's the way it is then. Time for Plan B."

Michael Foot was the Terry Dolan of the Labour Party.

    Thatcher was Phil Brown.
