Nah, I've already said I don't know what ****e Huth's been chatting or what the people banned from the Chatbox were saying.
Is xenophobia ok? If I call Hernandez a 'mexican prick' is that legit? You can't expect to eradicate every reference to someone's nationality or creed from the site without some pretty heavy handed moderating. What has to be dealt with (quickly) is the use of seriously derogatory language based on race (the N bomb, the old way of referring to a chinese restaurant, the dialogue to American History X) which is pretty not cool. There is a big difference between calling Hernandez a 'mexican bastard' and a 'spic bastard' and it's when its intention is to belittle or insult someone it's flat out racist.
No, you were the one who was attempting (and failing miserably) to appear profound. I was merely copying and pasting directly from another source in it's orginal font, like you I was just posting randomly, the difference being, my posts were philosophical quotes which could be interpreted if mulled over, they made some sense or gave some insight. Yours were random gibberish which no one could decode because they could not be bothered. You have nothing interesting to say and you are no philosopher, just some random off the internet who thinks he's all clever and mysterious.
If you want to report a post click on the ! icon at the bottom of the post. We have tried to come to a consensus about what to remove and what to leave. Stuff about the Welsh around the play off semis I personally thought was overstepping the mark, but the Welsh mods weren't bothered by it one bit. 606 itself would take down anything at the drop of the hat, which was annoying for the majority of posters. It's up to the moderators of each club to mod the posts that appear on their board, but if you find a particular post offensive then report it and someone will look at it. If no-one reports a post we assume no-one is too offended by it. The stuff on this particular post, for example, doesn't offend me because it's so incredibly juvenile.
Here's my source; http://www.quotegarden.com/philosophical.html I have copied and pasted from there to here: [FONT=georgia, bookman old style, palatino linotype, book antiqua, palatino, trebuchet ms, helvetica, garamond, sans-serif, arial, verdana, avante garde, century gothic, comic sans ms, times, times new roman, serif]Losing an illusion makes you wiser than finding a truth.
