Nev, you're a Lenzie boy and I need your help. I was on the RightMove website there and think I've found a wee gem.

I covered Lenzie, Kirkie and Bishopbriggs in my BT days 20 years ago and back then Lenzie was top notch, full of Doctors and Lawyers.

Anyway, I stumbled across the property below in Spruce Drive and can't believe how incredibly cheap it seems to be.

It has a home report of £135000 and even though it needs competely renovated it seems too good to be true at offers over£119000 - unless of course that's the street you live in.

Is Lenzie still nice? Is Spruce Drive alright? Why's it so cheap?

Took a wee jaunt through to Lenzie there just to check it out.... actually looks no too bad. Had I known you were as close we couldav nicked up to The Gallery or The Golden Pheasant for a few sherbets.<glugbeer>

Obviously it's been empty for a while but that's just the stuff I like to buy. Canny get an answer from the selling agent just now but I'll be on the case first thing the morra.
