    What is it with Heads of State visiting disaster zones?

    Apparently he's part Irish. Normally, it would be easy to tell but black eyes don't show up so clearly on his wife Michelle.

    Ireland had the boom and bust. Scotland had the bust and bust.

    I asked a Celtic supporting, Royal hating Glaswegian pal the other day would he support Scottish Independence. He said no because he didn't think the Scots were capable of running their own affairs <doh>
