    The Gas saved from relegation

    The Gas make the playoffs

    The Gas get promoted

    The S**t get relegated

The S**t go into administration again

Now we have one ticked, could we have a full house?

I agree with all of those. And I'd also like a blowjob from Angelina Jolie after the Torquay game <whistle>

bristol derbies would be great to have back again! but think it be too soon for us to go up. dont think we got the right players for league 1 yet. be a lot of work to get the right players in the door for league 1.

do you think we would manage and survive in league 1? maybe a season away for me.

Course we could. If JW could get us up there, he would keep us up because I'm certain the board would back him in the transfer market. They've got one eye on the new stadium and most certainly do not want us starting our life in the UWEStad in the 4th tier!

But I still think it's too tall an ask for us to reach the playoffs.

Bet the Teds are ****ting themselves at the thought of it though!

think deep down they would prefer us to join them in L1 for the derby and banter etc.

i agree that our board would back JW but he still has to get the right players in. if we sign up our current loan players and keep the players we have on our books, i dont think our team be strong enough to remain in L1. i do know though that they will give it 100%.

When Garry Kenneth said, when John Ward was appointed as Bristol Rovers boss, that the club should still be aiming for a play-off place this season, I think most us would have said he was bonkers,

We needed to achieve somewhere around 69 points.

Rovers had 18 points from 22 games. So with 24 games to go, they needed another 51 points at 2.13 points per game.

In our fantastic run under JW the Gas have taken 40 points from 20 games at 2 points per game.

Rovers would now need 11 points from 4 games

We could still be playing against that other lot on their way down next season.

Okay its probably too much to ask but it's one helluvalot closer to reality than we could possibly have imagined all that time ago.

We have our own problems, we don't need yours aswell..<whistle>

Heard you have Bradford next game, lose that or even draw it you're out of the race.

yep. bradford are 8th currently - 3 points above us. need to win this. dont think a draw would be enough at all <ok>

i predicted a draw in the match thread. im not expecting a play off place. i did the bbc predictor and came up 9th. i be amazed if we make it. if we miss out though i hope its by 4 points or more. otherwise that wycombe postponement may have been the difference!

I don't think we'll beat Bradford which will finally put paid to any lingering hope we might have. But after the seasons both Bristol teams have had, it would be hilarious if we did squeak in there and get promoted.

For us obviously, not you. <laugh>

Turn the clock back 3 months we were in the deepest of ****. Now we're in for a top half finish and the **** are almost certainly going down. All seems to be ending well this campaign. :D

I would find it more funny if we were promoted next season and the City were to drop from league 1 to League 2.

What a classic reversal that would be.
