We never do it the easy way, we hit that self destruct button for a while, and held on at the end, ****ing hell.

I can see Everton getting something at ****e Fart Lane tomorrow, but cant see Chelsea dropping points. Win today really puts us un the mix for the CL places.

If that happens, top 4 is Arsenal and Chelsea's to lose. Anything but a win for Spurs and it gives Chelsea and Arsenal the opportunity to leapfrog them when they play their games in hand midweek. Spurs have been in the top 4 for a long time now, but they may well struggle to cope if they find themselves 5th, especially with an away game at Chelsea to come and a home game to City. Man U will have nothing to play for by the time we play them, and even if they did the only time they've beaten us this season is when they had a 9 v 13 man advantage.

If we stay on this form, we can get 3rd place again. Chelsea got some tough games, United away, Liverpool away, Spurs home on a midweek which brings fatigue into the mix.

I can see Chelsea beating Spurs, dropping 3 to United, and 2 to Pool, or even losing to Liverpool, Chelsea have usually done poor at Anfield recently.

You're certainly not bowing out with out a fight. Wouldn't want to call the final top 4 at moment.

Spurs v Everton is a massive game tomorrow, for all of the clubs involved.

Yeah certainly but I think spurs will win to be honest, even with out their star man.

I kind of think Chelsea might not make it again due to there manager being more interested in the other competitions.

BRILLIANT analysis from MOTD again, according to Lawro, he's never ever seen Rosicky make a tackle, he doesn't know what's happened to him, he was saying this as a positive for Rosicky....Yes, because Rosicky has never made sliding tackles before.

Rosicky is THE sliding tackle man. He executes them far better than Per does!!
Isn't Top4 now back in Arsenal's hands since Chelsea & Spurs have to play each other, so either both will drop 2 or one will drop 3 points guaranteed.

Hmm..you might be right. Spurs or Chelsea either will individually drop 3 points - or collectively drop 2 pts each when they play each other. If Spurs don't win tomorrow we can leapfrog them in our next game. But if Chelsea win tomorrow, even if Spurs lose, we'll be back down to 5th

    I hope that's cleared it up <whistle>

That's a brilliant tackle <ok> Nothing wrong with using your back to squash the ball . . .

Anyway, another massive three points. Rosicky's performance is a massive plus, because like last season, when he plays well, we are a much better team. We move the ball quicker as he sets the tempo.

Rosicky and Benayoun did a similar job last season and it helped us find momentum for the run in then. The first 5-2 demolition job of spurs was the first game that they really clicked, and Rosicky scored that day too. This season, Rosicky has got Cazorla to play off of <ok>

Rosicky is the man. He's going to be vital for the end of the season. No idea why he wasn't played more throughout really - he was great last.

It's interesting how much more variation in personnel there has been since Jack & Theo got injured. Not having a set starting 11 is helping to prevent the opposition setting up to counter the threats of the squad.

Such a shame Per got sent off though - is that one game or three? Got to hope Vermaelen is fired up & keeps his discipline coming in.

Also, Fabianski - should he still be No1? He's only conceded once, and from a penalty, so far hasn't he?

I'll be around a lot less from now on. I've finished Uni, left Liverpool and moved South to start a job with a "no internet forums" policy. I'm now only an hour from London, and earning more, so should be able to get to more games :)

Yep. Rosicky was so good I did not miss SJW for a moment... as strange as it looks.. I hope Werger will not rush Jack back and give TR a good run of games.
