This shouldn't really be worth a reply as it was that ****ing stupid. Live in Cramlington, born Princess Mary's NEWCASTLE. Haven't missed a game, home or away, in 4 years, 10 years for home ones. I think people will forgive where I live...
Not bothered where you live personally or where you were born. I've debated this many times as I have family scattered all over the planet and they are as passionate about SAFC as me. Many if not all those were born elsewhere but hold the club very dear to their hearts. However, it still doesnt excuse the utter drivel you come out with daily
If you want to bring up the past so often should I mention the 9-1 hammering you got on your own ground which is still the record for an away win
Being the author of this god awful article, I would seriously consider thinking before claiming someone else writes utter drivel I never brought up the past? Quite frankly couldn't give a ****, I am more worried about the ash cloud at the moment.
Anyone remember a group called the Piranhas...I'm sure Badger might be able to help us out with this one..
Can somebody please tell the southerners not everyone in the NE is a Geordie. I mean James Bolam is from Sunderland and Alan Armstrong is from Annfield Plain yet they are classed as Geordies
And there are even some people who think that people from Cramlington are Geordies...You just couldn't make it up..
when you lost Carrol i believe you were 7 points behind us, we went on an 11 game loosing streak, well 1 draw in that lot, and we still beat you by 1 point. so it didnt exactly go all roses for you either. in all honesty though, i am just pleased with top 10 and our highest points tally in 10 years, and its a marathon not a sprint, just pleased we had a good 1st half. PS: I am from Blyth and even we are classed as Geordies, moved to boro 8 years ago and my wifes auntie always says, "here comes the Geordie" gets right on my tits lol
Must be noted that we were without Carroll from December 28th. We then lost Ameobi, left with Best and Lovenkrands(makes me cry), not to mention losing Tiote on a number of occasions as well as Nolan. We did well to get within 1 point imo.
pretty sure Bent was injured for a month in November/December as well, we then lost Welbeck and Campbell had been out for awhile, we were basically left with Gyan and a midfield that couldnt hit a barn door, yes i would take Gyan over what you had left anyday, but still 1 fit striker isnt good. He said the wheels didnt come off for you, ok maybe they didnt, but you were not exactly going full steam either.
