    Reading & QPR look ****ed.
I'm hoping PDC at least gets some effort out of the lazy bastards that have let us down all season & also that Wigan & Villa keep losing.

They're still in the tie which is good news for us, hopefully they win 3-1 and it goes to ET

Well there's one thing Jarra, if we do go down I don't think anyone will blame him.
I expect we're in for an exciting, bumpy ride.
At least we might attempt to attack now.

It will go one of two ways. He will heroically raise you up the league OR it will be an unmitigated disaster. If I had to bet, you will be staying up. The euphoria alone coupled with the siege mentality brought about by the press campaign against him is bound to help. It has taken the pressure off the players.

I really believe he has galvanised the fans & after all the witch hunts I hope it just fires the bloke up more.
Not saying we'll get owt at the Bridge but I think we'll give it a go.
If lazy bastards like Johnson can't get his arse into gear, I would not bat an eyelid if PDC ****s him off.

I think this is spot on about the players. PDC has taken so much ****e in the 4 days, he has shielded them from their own flak.

If there was a split opinion about him on the terraces before Billy, then the witch hunt that has befallen him since Sunday has definitely rallied the fans behind him. He will feel that very soon and feed off it too.

According to Pardew, Taylor caught his studs in Sossoko's laces which caused him to miss his jump leading to the hand ball. Presumably he got that from Taylor.

Reckless hand ball to say the least and it could cost Utd the tie.

What an utter crock of ****e. You're away to a European heavyweight, handling them reasonably until Santon ****s up for 40th time this season, and Saylor decides to have a moment of madness. 1-1 would have been a terrific scoreline. Excellent tactical stuff from Pardew ruined by individual errors. Give yourself a shake man, you've been spending way too much time with the darkside, its warped your eyesight.

EDIT: I note your retraction. Alcohol related it seems. That is a more than acceptable excuse.

No not alcohol related. I had a bad day yesterday and it all culminated into that rubbish. Very out of character for myself. I should have known something was up when Cest was more positive than I was :p.

It was a comedy of errors, you can see Sossoko stumbling forward and Taylor's reaction is to stick his arm out at the last moment :steam: and then grabbing his crown jewels was stupid :steam: just the latest embarrassing incident concerning Stevie Taylor (he's still a Toon legend though).

Not only is he a terrible footballer he is a total **** stain to go with it. He can cope with a class act like Coloccini alongside him telling what to do but is a total joke on his own.

That he has been called into the England squad shows what a pan ****e the nation is in for centre backs and its no wonder Woy is desperate to get old has beens like Ferdinand and Terry back in the fold.

I hope that Mbiwa and Taylor are you 2 centre backs next Sunday? They look dreadful.

Taylor is the exact type of player we need in the derby. That's all I will say on that. We all rate him the fact is isn't a full shilling doesn't bother me. He was outstanding against Anzi at home. I don't get this terrible footballer lark. As far as playing at centre half goes I think he does a cracking job.

I can't wait for Stevie T to get up to his antics this week in the build-up to the derby. I'm sure there will be a few on here take the bait, you are a certainty to Cest :cheesy:

Not at all. Some cheesy cock sucker like Taylor (who is so popular he got a right twating from a 'team mate') is hardly good enough to warrant my reaction.

I hope he does get up to his usual ****e (saying you are the best team in the world as you fight a relegation battle) as I think PDC will be able to use it to better effect than his predecessor in winding our players up.
