    Inspired by a comment on another thread I got thinking..... there must be a few 'what if's' relating to NUFC.

    The first one that springs to mind for me is....

    What if SBR had not passed up the opportunity to sign Ronaldo (slim one) as an 18 year old to sign Viana?

    I can at least tell you the answer to this one... He would have been an underwhelming, expensive flop.
    Meanwhile, Hugo Viana would make the move to Man United and become a world beater, winning the kind of titles and trophies that would have catapulted his career!
