    really wish those stupid enough to claim the lawyers thing, had actually spent their own hard earned and gone to a lawyer...would have been hilarious to see the bloke tell you to F-Off after reading some of your posts to others

    Have to agree 100% Queens and hopefully lessons learnt all round here and we can all move on because entire episode has been crazy ... why did you get sent to Australia? same as me? ... those dogging years were great weren't they?

    I didn't want to comment on those previous posts. I work in corporate law so have a modicum of understanding as to damages claims. You are of course, entirely correct, it would be extraordinarily ill advised to seek bring an action based on an open forum comment. Perhaps the outcome of the claim against various parties by Sir McAlpine and in particular his claim against the comedian Alan Davies will have an impact upon such issues.
