He started three games for us, in which we beat Scunny 5-1, Preston 1-0 and drew 1-1 with Ipswich. In total, he made 8 appearances for us, W/3 D/4 L/1. We've had far worse.
Tijani Belaid........Tijani Belaaaaaaaaaid He signed for City, but never got played (apart from 3 starts and 5 from the bench)
Nah, only Simon needs torching, the village of Walton, along with all other Walton's, should remain untarnished by the individual actions of one prick. Even John Boy.
I'm going to start a thread about the weird compulsive obsessions some of our posters have for individual players / staff. So far I've got: OLM: Simon Walton - Negative bordering on homicidal fantasies. The Bullshit Man: Alex Bruce - Negative bordering on insanity Tony Warner's Face: Jimmy Bullard - Positive bordering on sexual Duffen - Sexual bordering on pornographic Brownie - Positive - bordering on genuine love Adam Pearson - Hatred frustration bordering on symptoms of self-harm Nigel Pearson - Hatred frustration bordering on a cerebral haemorrhage.
Simon Walton was nowhere near as bad as Tony Brien. He wouldnt even make my top 5, with David Jones, John French, Tony Finnegan and Scott Thompson blocking his route to infamy. Anyone who says we're **** now or moans about current players really need to take a long hard look at this list and think how far we've come.
****ing ridiculous, I'm writing a strongly worded letter to the FA about this extreme leniency. I haven't actually seen the tackle, but I'm sure it was fully deserving of a red. And a kick in the bollocks.
Just seen this on waltons wiki page: He wasn't a hit with the fans; he was awful. probably no surprise who did this?
