Was going to do my own but yours are spot on IMO, would have Barton as 9 though, there's been a couple of **** games for him and he did punch Pederson. Also maybe S Taylor a 6, he's only played about 6 or 7 games.

I think we're forgetting Ben Arfa

If we're including Kuqi/Steven Taylor/Sol Campbell, may as well include Ben Arfa

Are the ratings supposed to be just for the games they've played, or their overall impact on our season?

Agree with you Tiotesleftfoot, probably give Ranger a 6 or something though. I know he's not scored but he has been a brilliant impact sub and has changed games.

Can we keep Kuqi? :( I'm going to miss him!!

MOTD on now. Looks set to be epic

I'd say Ben Arfa was a 9 in the glimpse he gave! But injury and setbacks lower his rating for me.

And yeah i noticed you left somebody out of the first one! What would Cheik say ;)

I'd say harsh on Krul, Simpson, Jonas and Saylor! Possibly Ranger comparing him to Campbell! Also Tiote got our player of the season?

Krul was no better than Harps, just average. Simpson and Jonas were just that, average. Saylor has done well since he come back but he's struggled to displace Williamson, that says it all. Ranger has been bollocks every game I've seen him in other than bin dippers at home. Didn't know our player of the season had been announced yet, thought Jose would've got it but Tiote winning was no surprise really, despite 14 bookings and match losing mistakes....it seems most of our lot believe hype instead of actually watching games.

Think a lot of that post is spot on mate!

However i think Krul egded Harps this season and played more games.
Simpson has been average/good but not great.
Jonas has played 37 games and gives us something not one other player in our team can, the ability to run at players and keep the ball. I'd rather he ran up the field with the ball and held it up than hoofing it to Shola to hold up.
Saylor hasn't had the chances and when he's played at CB he's been our best CB. One shoddy game at RB got him dropped but he's come back in and shown why we all loved him.
Ranger hasn't been good, but been better than Campbell! Ranger isn't fulfilling his potential and next year has to be his year or he is Shola II.
Tiote has had countless stupid bookings. Too many mistakes but has been a bargain and hopefully can only improve.
Jose has been ****e for a quarter of the season and for all i care can go. He is terrific on his day but still is sloppy and makes mistakes. One thing i notice is if a player is running at him with pace he tends to do well but if players are playing it around him or taking their time he falls asleep. And what was he doing with his marking for the 3rd goal today! Just walked away from his man!
