I'd have Sinclair back for £2m and fifteen grand a week. Anything more than that and we'd be ripped off.
why would it be a rip off if he is put on a good wage like some of the others, He is a good player and has helped us get to the premiership in the first place. His goals in the wembley final alone has earned us millions of pounds....£25-£35/week for a player of his caliber is within our wage policy and even then michu is on more.....It would be a great move for him and us....
under ML he could add something to his game. it might be worth a shot but i wouldnt pay what city paid us - not by a long way
tbh i thought Sinclair was poor last season, man city can keep him, maybe his head was in the clouds, no clue
Dorus DeVries helped us get into the Premier League yet nobody is seriously suggesting paying him 25 grand a week. Both Routledge and Dyer were better than him last season. Both Routledge and Dyer have been better than him this season, even if Dyer (the player closest to Sinclair in style, which should tell you something about how he'd fit into Laudrup's system) hasn't hit the heights of last year. I'd consider him as a cheapy bench option, but he simply doesn't have the level of technical ability to contribute much more than that. If we're serious about progressing as a side and challenging for the top six, we will need better than Sinclair.
