Think you're missing the point here. We will either go up Auto, or be in the play offs. Currently you won't do either.
I'm glad you're not our Manager, because according to you it's all over now! By "get over it", I mean that whilst it's disappointing to lose tonight, promotion is still in our hands so there is no point dwelling on it. I hope that is what Bruce is telling the players, not following your logic and telling them to prepare for the playoffs because they've blown it tonight. As for being rubbish at catching up? We've been knocked off second spot before and reclaimed it. My advice would be to lighten up a bit and try and enjoy this exciting run in a bit more.
Part of me agrees with your analysis, but then what is the point in pissing and moaning? We are at the mercy of a couple dozen footballers and their manager, I'd rather be philosophical and optimistic when I can. We can speculate on the psychological boon this gives to Watford, but that doesn't necessarily mean they'll beat Cardiff, just as a victory for us wouldn't necessarily translate into us ripping into Boro.
Ok, great! Unlucky lads! we are the best and will bounce back and catch cardiff now! We will win 6 in a row! and improve our goal difference to +35! Can't wait! So EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for the supposed boon Watford will get from beating us - it hasn't quite worked out that way for palace has it? This has many more twists and turns to take.
we have but don't tell any of the happy clappers. They somehow think we'll smash past barnsley (who are on fire), boro (who always ****ing beat us), ipswich (which is a very tough ground to go to), wolves (who are scoring for fun these days) and finally beat the champions. It's only still in our hands mathematically, not psychologically. We've ****ed it. Sorry to be negative but maybe if our own ****ing fans had a bit more in them and realised the significance of tonight's game, maybe the team would have played better in the 1st half.
Not as hilarious as your pet lip. Did you notice the thread I put out asking where you were? Some were even worried you'd topped yourself. Thank god it was just a petulent sulk eh?
You were worried about me? I'm touched. Thankfully it was the computer that gave in, not me you must have missed me
